We’re Hosting Something Special: Empowered Women, Empower Women — April 23rd

Empowered Women, Empower Teams: The Culture Behind Allegiance Title

At Allegiance Title Company of Arkansas, we believe that empowered women build empowered teams. Our culture isn’t an accident—it’s the result of shared values, real conversations, and a deep commitment to lifting each other up. From our earliest days to today, we’ve been focused on creating an environment where everyone has the tools, support, and trust to lead—no matter their title.

My own journey in title insurance began when I was 19 years old. I was attending my first year of college and babysitting for a local title company owner when she suggested I apply for a position. I had no idea what title insurance even was—but I said yes. Within six months, I was promoted. I didn’t have formal training or a degree in the field, but I had curiosity, grit, and a willingness to figure things out. I faced uncomfortable situations, doubted myself more than once, and worked hard to earn trust and respect in a male-led industry. What I did know was that I wanted to learn, to grow, and to lead with integrity. That journey shaped me—but what I’m most proud of now is the team that surrounds me.

A Culture Built on Core Values

At Allegiance, our formula is simple: Core Values + Organizational Habits = Our Culture. We equip and empower each other to close deals on time, solve problems creatively, and show up for our clients and one another with purpose. Our core values—Remarkability, Simplicity, Innovate, and Expertise—aren’t just words on a wall. They’re lived out daily by the people who make our offices feel like home.

We don’t just talk about collaboration—we live it. We don’t just talk about growth—we invest in it. From order entry to closing, from bilingual support to complex title commitments, our team does it all. And they do it with excellence.

Leadership in Action: Stories from the Team

Leadership at Allegiance doesn’t require a title. Many of our strongest voices are those who lead from the front lines—mentoring new team members, stepping up when others need help, and creating a ripple effect of positivity and accountability.

“I’ve never worked in a place where my ideas were so welcomed.” – Ember Carter, Escrow Officer
“I’ve grown more here in one year than I did in the last five.” – Chloe Dawson, Escrow Specialist
“We know each other’s strengths. We lean in together.” – Ming Ratsamy, Commercial Escrow Specialist

Our team is diverse, talented, and deeply committed to making this industry better. From our bilingual team members to our policy experts, every person brings something essential to the table. We celebrate each other’s wins—and we rally around each other in the hard seasons.

Why We’re Hosting the VIP Women’s Event

We know firsthand that women in title and real estate make up the majority of the workforce—but are often underrepresented in leadership conversations. That’s why we’re so excited to host our upcoming event: Empowered Women, Empower Women, on April 23rd from 10 AM to 11:30 AM at Sterling Bank in Rogers.

Before we go any further, we want to acknowledge something important: the incredible men of Allegiance Title. While this event is focused on women, our male teammates are a huge part of the culture we’re proud of. They lead with integrity, support their colleagues, and will be holding down the fort while our female team members attend the event. Their encouragement and everyday example help make our vision of empowerment a reality for everyone.

This event isn’t just another networking session—it’s a movement. It’s about sharing stories, recognizing the power of female leadership, and inspiring each other to rise. We’re honored to welcome Abby Foster of Ahnimisha Consulting as our keynote speaker. Abby has coached me personally, and I’ve seen firsthand how her wisdom and authenticity can change lives. Her message on Imposter Syndrome is something many of us can relate to—and one that will resonate with women at every stage of their career.

The Power of Leading with Heart

Our mission isn’t just about closing deals. It’s about building a workplace where people thrive. A place where women—and all team members—are measured not by assumptions or outdated norms, but by their abilities, integrity, and contributions. A workplace where leadership is shared, mentorship is real, and growth is constant.

As a leader, a colleague, and a mom of two fiercely independent daughters, I’m reminded daily why this work matters—because creating a people-first, values-driven culture doesn’t just benefit our team, it transforms how we serve our clients and community. My personal mission has always been to learn today to improve tomorrow—and that’s exactly what we’re doing together at Allegiance.

To every woman reading this: Your voice matters. Your work matters. You belong here.

Let’s keep building something remarkable—together.

And always remember—Lead with heart in a great pair of heels.
