Allegiance Title Company of Arkansas, LLC
NWA Business Journal – Outstanding Businesses 2025
Small Business Finalist
We’re excited to share that Allegiance Title of Arkansas has been named a finalist for the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal’s Outstanding Small Businesses.
This recognition is incredibly meaningful to us—not just because it acknowledges growth and success, but because it celebrates the heart of what we’ve been building since the very beginning.
We’ll find out who takes home the top honor on Wednesday, April 9, but we already feel like winners. Because what we’ve created together over the past three years—a thriving culture, a united team, and a customer-first mindset—is exactly what we set out to build. And this finalist recognition feels like a moment to pause, reflect, and say: we’re proud of what we’ve created.
🛠 Building With Intention From Day One
Allegiance Title didn’t begin as a big operation. When we opened our doors just over three years ago, we were a small group with a big vision: to reimagine what a title company could feel like—from the inside out.
We weren’t interested in creating just another company. We wanted to create a space where people felt empowered, where bureaucracy didn’t slow down progress, and where customers could trust that they weren’t just another transaction on a desk.
As Patrick Curry said from the start:
“It takes hard work, but we’re here to build something different—not settle for what’s easy or familiar. I setout to build a team that’s empowered to serve the customer, eliminate bottlenecks, and cut through red tape. That’s why we defined our core values—Remarkability, Innovation, Simplicity, and Expertise— early on. They guide the kind of team we’re building: people who align with our vision and are excited to create something extraordinary alongside us.“— Patrick W. Curry, President.
💪 Culture That Moves Things Forward
One of the things we’re most proud of is our culture—because it wasn’t an accident. We’ve worked hard to define who we are and what we stand for. Around here, we choose curiosity over judgment. We assume positive intent. We lean into feedback from our customers because after all they are the reason we are here.
Our values aren’t just framed posters on the wall or a coin to carry in your purse—they became a mindset. That mindset is the core of our culture, we’ve carried that mentality into every decision, every hire, and every interaction with our clients. And we operate with what Brian Blackman often describes as one of our unspoken values: Grit.
Grit shows up in how we serve our clients—tenaciously, thoughtfully, and without excuses. It shows up in how we support each other—stepping up when things get hard, and celebrating every win, big or small. And it shows up in how we grow—not just in business metrics, but in how we develop relationships in the community and invest in our people.
🏡 It’s About People—Not Transactions
At Allegiance, our work is more than paperwork. It’s people-work. Whether we’re helping a first-time homebuyer, supporting a seasoned investor, or guiding a real estate partner through a complex deal, we know what’s at stake. That’s why we don’t treat our work like a transaction. We treat it like a relationship.
Our ultimate goal is to make it easier for customers to do business with us—every process, every touchpoint, every time. And at the heart of it all, we know we’re not just selling title services—we’re selling communication. Clear, proactive, and compassionate communication is what builds trust and makes the difference when timelines are tight and emotions are high.
Every closing represents a major life moment for someone, and we take that seriously. We ask ourselves daily: “Are we protecting our customers’ true interests? Are we making things simpler? Are we demonstrating care in the way we show up?”
That commitment is why our customers stay with us—and why they refer others. It’s the highest compliment we could ask for.
🌟 A Moment of Recognition—and Gratitude
Being a finalist for the NWA Business Journal’s Outstanding Small Businesses is a full-circle moment for many of us on the team. Especially for those who have been here since the early days, when we were still figuring things out and believing in what we could become.
As Brittany Brooks, one of our first team members, shared:
“It’s been such an honor to be part of Allegiance since day one. From the very beginning, we’ve all shared this belief that we could do title differently—with heart, with grit, and with people first. Seeing that get recognized in this way is really special.”— Brittany Brooks, Escrow Officer.
Brittany’s words capture exactly how we feel: this moment is special. And it belongs to every team member, client, partner, and supporter who’s been part of our journey so far.
👀 Looking Ahead
No matter what happens on April 9, we’re energized for what’s ahead. We’re continuing to grow, continuing to invest in our people, and continuing to challenge ourselves to be better—every single day.
Because when you’ve built something with intention—and when you’ve surrounded yourself with people who care deeply—it doesn’t take a massive team to make a massive impact. It just takes a small but mighty one.
There’s still so much ahead—more leaders to grow, more ways to simplify the customer experience, and more opportunities to serve with excellence.
But today, we’re pausing to say THANK YOU!
To our team—thank you for your heart, your hustle, and your belief in this vision.
To our customers—thank you for trusting us and for letting us be a small part of your big moments.
To Northwest Arkansas—thank you for cheering us on and giving us the opportunity to serve this incredible community.
We’re honored, we’re grateful, and we’re just getting started.
