As we celebrate Allegiance Title’s third anniversary, I’m filled with a sincere sense of gratitude for our team and our customers.

2024 has been quite a year, and it’s incredible to see how much we’ve accomplished. One of the biggest highlights for me has been opening our second location in Benton County, Arkansas. Expanding our reach means we’re now closer to serving even more communities with the care and expertise they deserve.

Another milestone was building a multilingual team. Offering full-service support in Spanish, sign language and Lao allows us to connect with a broader range of clients, ensuring they feel understood and supported every step of the way. Our commitment to diversity strengthens the relationships we build, making every client feel valued and included.

And here’s something truly remarkable—we’re on track for over 75% growth in closings for two consecutive years. That kind of progress doesn’t just happen. It’s the result of hard work, trust and the relationships we’ve built with our clients and partners.

These milestones remind us why we do what we do—to make a meaningful impact on the lives of the people we serve.

From Day One, Allegiance Title has been built on a foundation of communication, expertise and unwavering grit. Our vision has always been about creating an experience where every client feels valued and supported. Over the past three years, we’ve seen that vision come to life through the resilience and dedication of our incredible team.

Launching a title company during a period of rising interest rates, low housing inventory and record inflation was anything but easy. Yet, these challenges became opportunities to learn, adapt and grow. We discovered that success isn’t about perfect timing—it’s about the relationships we build and the trust we earn. Partnering with clients who believed in us and shared their positive experiences has been the driving force behind our growth.

As a leader, navigating these hurdles taught me the importance of perseverance and staying true to our core values. Our team exceeded expectations. Their hard work and willingness to embrace challenges have not only helped us achieve our goals but also positioned us to thrive in an always-changing industry.

Looking ahead to the future, our focus remains on delivering remarkable service throughout Northwest Arkansas and beyond. With some exciting projects on the horizon, I remain grateful for the journey we’ve shared with our clients, team and partners.

With gratitude,
Brian Blackman
VP & General Counsel
