AI should give REALTORS® more time to be REALTORS®.

AI is everywhere right now. But for real estate professionals, the real opportunity isn’t simply learning how to write a better social post or ask ChatGPT a few questions.

It’s learning how to use AI to take work off your plate.

That’s why Allegiance Title is bringing The State of Tech to Northwest Arkansas real estate professionals on Thursday, October 15, 2026 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at Sterling Bank in Rogers. [RSVP – Seating is limited]

At Allegiance, innovation has been part of our vision from the beginning. We believe technology should simplify the work around a real estate transaction, create better access to information and give professionals more time to focus on the things technology can’t replace: expertise, relationships and taking care of people.

This is not a beginner AI class.

The State of Tech: Advanced AI Workflows for REALTORS® is designed to be practical, hands-on and immediately useful.

If you’ve already used AI to write a prompt, create a flyer or generate content, you’ve experienced the basics. The State of Tech is about what comes next: connected AI and automations that work behind the scenes while you stay the human out front.

Andrew Hooper will build workflows live, not from a slide deck, showing how AI can handle everyday work across email, calendars, marketing, offer comparisons, CMAs and more.

Bring your laptop and build alongside him. The goal is to leave with workflows already working for you.

Allegiance has something new to unveil.

Patrick Curry will also introduce a proprietary AI experience designed to give real estate professionals easier access to the property information they need.

The vision is simple: enter an address and quickly explore valuable property-specific information, including property reports, covenants, plats and other available real estate data, helping agents walk into listing appointments and client conversations better informed and better prepared. With access to information 24/7, agents can respond to clients faster, walk into conversations better prepared and use data to reinforce the expertise they bring to the relationship.

It’s a natural extension of what Allegiance has always believed: information should be easier to access, easier to understand and more useful to the professionals who need it.

The future isn’t less human.

The best use of AI isn’t replacing the value REALTORS® bring.

It’s removing more of the work that gets in the way of it.

More time for expertise.
More time for relationships.
More time for clients.

That’s The State of Tech. RSVP HERE
